What is an Online Fitness and Nutrition coach?

A Fitness and Nutrition coach is an objective, nonjudgmental professional who gives you encouragement, support, advice, and strategy to win or perform at your very best.

For improved fitness or for weight loss, a Fitness and Nutrition coach can guide you, teach you, and support you in achieving a healthier body that you’ve always wanted—or once had & want back.

A Fitness and Nutrition coach can coach you to greater success in your self image, your physical, mental and emotional health, and life.


What I Do:

I coach you to get better health, strength and fitness results on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. I coach you  on how to make better food choices, meal plans, strength and cardio plans….basically a “How To” on living a healthy lifestyle from the inside out. I will ask questions, help you clarify your goals, I work with you to define your priorities and values, and provide feedback. I will suggest assignments such as keeping a daily food and exercise journal and/or utilize the “Lifesum” or “MyFitnessPal” app, and daily emails, in order to keep you 100% accountable. I will help keep you directed, focused, and active.

Together with your online Fitness and Nutrition coach, you will gain insight on how to eat healthy, meal timing and food preparation tips, exercise properly and safely,  learn fun exercise routines, suggestions on fun outdoor “active” events and activities and how to stay focused for a lifetime.  Your Fitness and Nutrition coach can be your biggest fan, your greatest resource, and a great source of strength, insight, and clarity as you become clear about who you are, what you want, and how you can get it.

I coach people just like you—motivated, competent individuals who are smart and resourceful, who may simply be stuck, in need of a little direction, or are contemplating a big life change. Perhaps you need a little direction. A little focus. A little push to do all those things you’ve wanted to, but for some reason or another, haven’t.

What is the Fee?

Depending on which program is best for you and your location, you will talk with your coach anywhere from 1 to 4 times per month in person, via phone, Skype or with e-mail follow-ups between each session.   Offering Premium Packages to those who are serious about investing in their health.

Depending on your program, your coaching package may include one on one telephone coaching sessions with your coach, supplemental reading materials, tools and handouts, suggested readings, individualized nutrition plans, a Membership only access to exercise videos, fit tips/exercises and healthy, yet yummy recipes.
